Just bought gimbal 13 days ago, used it once with a sony a7iv, now it is making cracking noise when tilting. Same noise as a really old door.

It almost sounds like something is scraping inside the motors?

Hello everyone, this is my first interaction on this forum. Days ago i received my rs3 pro combo. And a few hours of use it i hear this cracking noise from the plastic that cover the horizontal motor. I remember have been reading on bh some guy that have this problem and from dji service toll him to unscrew the three screws of the plastic cover as a solution. I do no remove the cover but i press the long part of it and the noise disapper. Hope it helps. Sorry my bad english cheers.

Contact dji and you probably have to return it. That’s what i did
