Just got my brand new spanking Air 2 S combo, traded in old Mavic Pro (yes old model).

Now, i see seems that super great DJI Go 4 app does not have Air 2 S as a client drone, so searching seems , that's the case still ..?
From reading people say the new DJI Fly app is more limited ..

Are these still true facts ?

You need to go to DJI's website and download the DJI Fly app.

As posted above he DJI Air 2S ( https://www.dji.com/air-2s?site=brandsite&from=nav ) is only compatible with the DJI Fly ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ) application and it is great to know that you were able to download the DJI Fly application and have flown your new DJI Air 2S. Glad you got the Air 2S up for a first flight.    Quite the difference between Go4 and Fly App.  Takes a while to get used to finding where all the settings are located on Fly App.

Like: where is settings at which battery % I should trigger return to home, and emergecy landing? Old app you could set it, This app seems NO, hardwired. This is not nice.

DJI released the Fly app 3 years ago.
It's as "developed" as it's going to be.
It's not going to have all the features that DJI Go 4 had.

Yeah, no doubt about the fact that the Fly App is never going to have all the features that DJI Go 4 had.  Guess it just got to cumbersome to maintain a bunch of different Apps for all the different drones.  Personally, I think the Fly App was originally designed to make it easier to just go fly for beginners.
