I have an ACTION-2 camera. I want to transer my data from internal storage to SD card.



1)     But I do not see the tab- export data to SD card when I open the page in settings. I see only the format tab. Tried number of times switching on and off.


2)    Also I am unable to connect to my laptop through Type-C port with the cable supplied in the box.



3)    Mine is an Android 6 phone ( VIVO Y55 ) and installed MIMO app ( for older versions ) in that but I can not connect the camera to my phone. I also tried to install MIMO on my Android 8 phone ( Realme C3) I could not install it there too, showing parsing error.



Any idea why this is happening?
