I just set up my new mini 3 Pro using my RC-N1 Controller
I checked my transmission to verify that I am in FCC Mode
After acquiring satellites. See picture ….., Am I in FCC mode ?
I noticed the whole 1KM line is over -100 along with the 4KM line is over -110

I'ts in CE, for FCC 1Km mark must be over the line.

Look at picture below this is from my air 2S ….. I noticed the top line is aligned with the  -90dBm/MHz and and the bottom line is aligned with the -100dBm/MHz with the 1KM and 4 Km is right above the lines. On the first picture I posted the lines and Km reading moves together and is over the -90 and -100 dBm/MHz. This leads me to believe I am in FCC mode.

You are in FCC mode. This picture of the Transmission page and the FCC vs CE changes are absolute rubbish Invented by a YOU-tuber that is not smart enough to tie his shoe laces. And followed by a bunch of lemmings that know no better.
