Ive had my mini 3 pro for a couple of weeks and the video settings are all on default. I have used active track a couple of times but this isnt isolated to active track. It stops recording video after about 5 mins. It then sometimes starts recording again. Sometimes it doesnt. Example is from yesterday when i used active track. I didnt even have the control in my hand. It followed me for arount 5 minutes then stopped recording and started recording again immediately. After another 5 or so minutes (its not exact time each time) it lost me while i went under a tree and then reaquired me and followed me for a few meters then stopped recording. It didnt restart recording again. Any idea's???

Are you using a high quality SD card like SanDisk extreme ? Sometimes if file size too big it breaks it up into pieces due to limitations of file system ...

You can try re-formatting card, maybe try lowering bit rate, clear caches or could be heat.  Just some ideas. .. Hopefully someone else here can help you.

Its the card that DJI themselves are offering for sale on their site. Its strange if its down to the card. Unless its fake maybe?? How would i tell?

Recording video at 2.7K / 1440p will give you about 12 minutes of recorded video for a 3.9GB file on the SD memory card.

Use a computer and transfer a large file, should be getting about 25mb / sec, I had a card that was fake, it was doing only 4mb / sec, I send it back and had a refund (Amazon) and finally got a real one, checked the new one 25mb / sec, happy days
