I'm running into an issue with my gimbal perfectly balanced - passess balance test and calibration etc.

There's a certain sticking point on the tilt axis, usually when the gimbal is perfectly set with the handle vertical (ie, on a table top). If I tilt forward just slightly and bring back to neutral, the tilt axis motor will either jolt or start to stutter.

I've reset the gimbal settings as best as possible, adjusted stiffness etc and the problem persists.

I am doing all of my testing with the camera powered off (a7sIII with 28-75mm lens).

I just updated to the latest firmware hoping that may help, but this definitely seems to be an issue with the internal motor or alg? Just checking here if there's anything else I can try before having to send in for service.

*Edit to add - I've owned this gimbal without issue since Feb 2022. It only recently started with this issue after possibly overloading the motors with a heavier lens.
