Hello I noticed that Amazon. Uk are selling the DJI action 2.
However they are selling it without a protective case.

Is it possible to still contact DJI for one of the Free cases, because I know that DJI is giving them free.

If so how do I do this?,  do I send the unit number to DJI as well as my address for them to send me a case?

you could contact dji but really, by now the merchants should be selling the action2 with the case.  i would ask the merchant to send one to you...for free; like they should.

Unfortunately Amazon are charging for this case.
That is why I'm asking if DJI can send me one instead, as it's kind of essential and supposed to be free anyway

I hope somebody from.dji can contact me and let me know what the situation is is?

is it still the case with Free Magnet Protective Case ? I've seen this in the MIMO App but it is following to a nonexistent Forum Post. I Bought my Action 2 a Few Weeks ago in Germany.

Sure @DJI Thor, it was a local dealer (MediaMarkt) in Germany. But it got also broken (Waterdamage) while snorkeling with the DJI Aciton 2 Waterproof case. So i got today my replacement
But back to Topic. It was a local dealer in Germany MediaMarkt, i bought it as combo with the display module.
