Wanted to start using Mavic 2 pro for first time. Charged battery fully. Conntected battery and pressed button. Green light came on fully then went off. Pressed again and same thing happened. Any ideas what's going wrong please?

Pres,  release,  Press and hold for it to turn on.

Kindly please try to follow the steps give above to turn on your DJI Mavic 2 Pro by pressing once, then press and hold the power button located on the top of the DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone ( on the battery ).
