I have DJI Air 2S and a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G with Android 12 and today the app Dji Fly 1.6.9 crashed and didn't work anymore.
I have already tried the following procedures:

1. I cleared the app cache;
2. I deleted the app data;
3. I uninstalled the app and turned off the phone to reinstall, once reinstalled it didn't work either.

ME TOO_ Lost a big check today when the app crashed- I am SOOOOO TIRED OF THIS and I DO NOT want to leave DJI but this is many times we have had to deal with this!

ok  Guys,  have received this version app. DJI FLY APP 1.6.12. It works perfectly on my Samsung galaxy S20+ and   S22+

Hello. I have air 2s and galaxy 21. Pne week all works perfect but yuesterday my dji fly app don't want to open. Try to open DJI FLY but Immediately close and report that is something wrong. I have tried to reinstall, turn off galaxy and turn on and still doesen't work !!! I have install on my apple mini ipad and all working perfect. What is strange, I didn't install or update nothing on my phone. Please help me

I face the same problem with my Samsung S20 Fe 5g. Since yesterday fly app (as well as Mimo & Dji Store) keeps crashing anytime I try to open it. I receive a message that crash is caused by an app bug. Until then everything worked fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but the problem persists. Help me please!

I have the same issue.
5x times i reinstalled application, clear cache, delete all files which contain dji in name.

Still not working

For those having problems with the App crashing. Try downloading the app directly to your computer and then transfering it too your phone or downloading it from google drive. IT WORKED FOR ME!

Tengo el mismo problema en un Galxy A51. Reportado al servicio tecnicoDJI sin solución hasta el momento.

I was experiencing this problem but it resolved after MULTIPLE uninstalls and reinstalls, as well as clearing cache. It seems to be working but it definitely had a problem before. Would really appreciate some insight on what to do if it happens again.
