No one imagines it, but just 2.5 hours from Athens, a settlement has been formed, the like of which does not exist in Greece.
Many of those who have visited Porto Hydra compare it to Miami, but due to the canals that characterize it, it is probably more correct to call it "Little Venice".

What an amazing village Tasos.  Easily reminds me of several cities in southern Florida.  Gated communities, palm trees and waterways (canals) throughout the communities.  It truly looks like a seaside  paradise that you would want to visit any time of the year.
