Hi, I get a new DJI stick OM5 but I dant connect it to my OPPO smartphone, appli has been downloaded but have the follow erro
DJI DEVICE IS NOT CONNECTED - TROUBLSHOOTING
Can someone help me and tell me how to solve this problem, may it be that OPPO is not compatible with DJI ??

May we please know what is the exact model of the mobile device that you are using please for us to be able to isolate the issue. Thank you so much for your return, I think unfortunately my smartphone is not supported  its a OPPO A945G, i didnt see it in you list

i think i will send it back to the storage, or maybe do you have any idea how to do to make it works...?
