Hi Dji, i downloaded the latest version of the DJI Fly APP on my S22 Ultra, i was so excited to used my drone again...
What a deception, that this premium phone is still not working.
The problem is always the same : No camera view, a full black screen appear when we connect the remote and the drone.
Can you send me another link to try your test version?

What version of the fly app are you trying?

I dowloaded the latest version on yesterday: V1.6.9 (1005-official)

Same here. Don't recommend iPhone. if I liked and wanted an iphone, I would have already bought it.

Is it possible to use Dj Fly app with S22 Ultra? Please do something!

I'm having the same problem with the Samsung Note 8. It worked fine before, my Mini 2 still works but the Mini has a black screen and says to Contact DJI and Downward Vision Sensor. in V 1.6.9 and 1.7 6.

I have the same problem with s22 ultra, a black screen. Dji can you please sort it?

my samsung S22 plus still not working in September 2022 after 8 months of its release.  last week it worked with an older version of DJI fly app then DJI forced me to install the latest version of the app ( from the DJI website)  otherwise the older app version would crash upon start. Then I also did the recommended firmware update. Still I always get the black screen. what should I do? same version app works well on S20 FE.

I've the same problem with my s22 ultra. Black screen with the last version of dji fly (release 1.7.4-1410) on my mavic mini. Up to the last days I have used a old version (1.5.0) of dji fly, but now it crashes and it is not possible to fly with my dji mavic mini anymore. It's a serious issue to resolve as soon as possible and it is unaceptable that dji didn't resolve in these months yet. Please dji to investigate and revolve asap. In attach the screenshot of the black screen shown on my phone. Thank you

I have the same problem with my new Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra -  a black screen, no live view
I have already tried to install a new version of the Fly App from your  website. Also I have already tried to update my phone (and android  version). Nothing helps


Why doesn't anyone from DJI respond?

They either have no interest or they don't have the expertise. The only solution is to use another app. Litchi from the play store seems to work well, it does cost but at least it works. As this uses the DJI Software Developers Kit it suggest DJI hjust don't care about the service they provide and considering samsung is one of the world's largest phone producers DJI really are showing contempt for their customers.
