I have an DJI Mavic Pro Platinum and it runs very fine since I bought it.

After installing an update for the DJI Go 4 app by apk-installation the app always wants to connect with an DJI Inspire 1.
For that the remote control does not connect to the drone anymore.

How can I change that back to DJI Mavic Pro?

On your display (tablet, smartphone or whatever) if the Inspire-1 picture is displayed, can you not swipe right (or left) to choose other drones in the series?  Just select the one you need from the series of images.

The issue still persists.
If I start the app on my smartphone I can choose different drones.
If my smartphone (Samsung S 20 FE) is connected to the remote control there shows up a question before I can handle the app (see picture).
I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with my smartphone because it worked correct for a long time before.
How can I eliminate that message so that I'm able to connect to the remote control and the drone again?

vielen Dank für die Frage.
Sowohl in der Go 4 - App wie auch in der DJI Assistant App wird mir als vorhandene Drohne die Inspire 1 angezeigt.
In der Go 4 - App (siehe Bild oben) kann ich bei beim eingeblendeten Icon zwar auf Abbrechen drücken und im Programm die richtige Drohne (Mavic Pro) auswählen. Diese verbindet sich dann aber nicht.
Es muss also irgendwo eine (jetzt falsche) Grundeinstellung geben, die immer auf die Inspire 1 verweist.
Ich würde gern wissen, wie man diese Einstellung wieder auf meine Mavic Pro umstellen kann.
Wenn das eingeblendete Icon dann eine Mavic Pro abfragt, dann sollte das Verbindungsproblem gelöst sein.

Die I1 ist eigentlich mehr über die Go3 App ausgelegt und die Go4 App auf die I2. Wenn die Verbindung zwischen Mavic und Mobiltei ok ist wird auc die MP(P) angezeigt. Wie ist die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Teilen? Kann der Kopter über die Funke kontrolliert werden? und welche Version der Go4 App ist es jetzt auf dem Mobilteil?

Mein Problem konnte tatsächlich im Rahmen einer Telefonberatung durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter von DJI gelöst werden.

Was war passiert.
Es war wieder mal ein Update der Telefonapp erforderlich.
Zwischenzeitlich hatte DJI auf die APK-Anwendungen umgestellt.
Bis ich das verinnerlicht hatte, habe ich die DJI Go App, nicht die DJI Go 4 App heruntergeladen.
Hier habe ich natürlich meine Mavic Pro nicht gefunden. Die App wollte aber sofort mit der Inspire 1 verbinden.
Ich habe die DJI Go App gelöscht und die DJI Go 4 App installiert.
Irgendwie muss ein Rest / eine Einstellung der DJI Go App auf dem Smartphone geblieben sein, denn nach der Installation der DJI Go 4 App wollte diese mich immer wieder mit der Inspire 1 verbinden.
Im Gespräch sind wir zu dem Versuch gekommen, beide Apps (DJI Go und DJI Go 4) zeitgleich zu installieren.
Beim Start der DJI Go 4 wurde ich dann durch das Smartphone gefragt, mit welcher App ich denn arbeiten möchte.
Nach Auswahl der DJI go 4 und dem Menupunkt "Immer" konnte ich dann meine Mavic Pro plötzlich wieder einwandfrei verbinden.
Die DJI Go App habe ich danach wieder gelöscht.
