We have a case of a Matrice 300 RTK that the customer reported to us that the aircraft is not receiving satellite signal.

  

  

They have brought the equipment to our offices, we have verified that the firmwares are in the latest version and is still presenting the problem in the reception of GNSS signal.

  

  

We downloaded the flight logs and with AirdataUAV we visualized that in the records of your flights this problem has been increasing progressively.

  

  

The equipment shows no signs of knocks or wear out of the normal GNSS antennas.

  

  

Attached are flight logs of the GNSS signal from the satellites and videos of the customer's tests and our tests.

  

  

The drawback is neither the RTK correction of the DRTK-2 base nor the Ntrip signal. It is the M300 signal reception.
