Mini 3 Pro - An absolute nightmare!

Since i bought a mini 3 pro I had nothing but troubles with it. The first one had condensation inside the lens, so all images came out foggy. I sent it to DJI and got a new replacement drone. Guess what...It had the exact same condensation issue. So I sent it back to DJI again. Yesterday i received replacement drone #2. This time it doesn`t have that weird condensation issue. This time it has issues with image shaprpness. When i focus on the left side of the image the right one is soft and when i focus on the right side the left one is soft. It seems that the sensor/lens are decentered. Whats wrong with that company? Isnt there any quality control?What would you do in my case? Send it in again, a third time??
I wonder if i will ever get a flawless mini 3.

Nothing is wrong, another company would tell you it is not a problem but it is a trait, you gotta send it again, than consider well-tested Air 2s

Send it in again, until you get a flawless unit, that you will love.

Or check several other forums to find an alternative with less issues … might be difficult, as other vendors might have similar QA issues with new products.
And there aren't much options, if you seek a drone below 250g.

You must be exceptionally unlucky. Have you any images showing the errors you found?  And yes, under those circumstances I might be inclined to send it back - again.  I'm just happy to be one of the majority who are happy with an excellent product.

Perhaps you should submit the image to DJI to substantiate your claim.
Maybe you'll have better luck this time.

To test the lens for a potential misalignment, you could make a photo of a wall from around 2m distance. You could do that even indoors. Maybe even put same newspapers on the wall, where sharpness issues will be very obvious.

I once did such a test with a Canon lens, to have a proof for a lens misalignment.

That's not right nice and sharp where its sharp but where its not its really bad. Definitely send back and keep on sending until you get a good one - they do exist! Only issue I have had is forgetting to focus or thinking just because the last shot was focused and on manual the next shot would be fine. Now I focus before every shot. Good luck

That's a great example to provide DJI for justifying getting the third replacement.  Stay at it until you get one you are fully satisfied with.  I had to return my 1st one as the SD Card would not stay locked in.  Replacement has workedd flawlessly.  Hope I didn't just jinx myself.

Just out of curiosity - does anyone know what causes these soft parts in the images? It doesn`t look like a "normal" decentered lens - images would be sharp on the whole left/right side and soft on the other. Its more like there are "random" soft spots or parts in the image. I guess its either an issue with the lens or the sensor is not 100% flat?
I have seen that issue numerous times with various dji drones on the internet. Most of the time with the Mini 3 but also the Air2s seem prone to this issue.

That said, we have another Mini 3 in our company that delivers sharp images, corners included. Therefore I know that there are Mini 3 drones out there that deliver good image quality.

I wouldnt be happy with that, it needs to go back as well. This time they need to QC the actual item they
send back to you!!

That image looks fine to me. I think you are being overly particular

We are terribly sorry to hear about that. Please provide us with the related information below. We will forward it to our engineer for further checks.
1. Take a video showing us your whole operational process while taking pictures.
2. Please provide us with more original files and circle the "soft part" you mentioned.
3. Please try to export the logs of the drone.
4. Please tell us the firmware version of the drone and controller and the app version.
