Panorama pictures should have an aspect ratio of 2:1 to be uploaded to Skypixel. The 26 pictures that the Mini2 produces have an aspect ratio of 2:1.5 (2000px X 1500px). Why is that?

When the 26 are stitched together it normally produces a 4096 x 2048 jpg.

Skypixel will allow 15000x7500 pixel for 360 panos.  Scope for more detail.

If you are sticking manually there is usually a setting for the ratio.

Could you please elaborate on that? Skypixel doesn't allow me to upload a single file (wrong aspect ratio) or a folder with all the panorama files (upload grayed out). Neither does it allow multiselect of files.

It's the final panorama shot you need to upload to Skypixel (via your DJI account).
I've tried to upload bigger files than 15000x7500, and I'm refused saying that that is the maximum size allowed. So I reduced them to that size and 2:1 ratio and everything was fine.
You can only do single uploads, it appears.

Ok, about a year ago I was able to upload panorama files from my computer to Skypixel. If it is a change in Skypixel requirements or a different output format from the drone, I cannot say but no preprocessing was needed then.

As an example, here is a pano I just did with the Mini3Pro, auto settings, then uploaded it directly to SKYPIXEL. No editing at all.   8192x4096

Mini3? This is a Mini 2 Forum and the topic relates to the output format of that drone.

Irrespective of the drone model (It's also possible to do 360Panos with the Mini One) you asked specifically about aspect ratio.   The OUTPUT format for panos is a 2:1 ratio, no matter what mode the original file images are shot in (Letterbox or Panoramic)

Yes, I stated the 2:1 format in my first post in this thread. The question was why the Mini 2 outputs a 2:1.5 format.
