What are the proper settings for the Canon Mk IV and the RS3 Pro equipped with Raveneye to get the Active Tracking functional? Assuming I've connected all the cables properly.

I can, sometimes, define a subject to track but the gimbal does not track.

Is there a step by step guide somewhere?
