Hello guys, I am getting a new dji mini 3 pro thats prolly produced in june (guessed from the SN). I just wonder how common  the lens fogging issue is on this model? Is it only bad for the earlier(April) batches or is it common in all the production models?

I have owned two of these drones and have flown in winter, warm days and not yet experienced the fogging lens. Perhaps it could also be that my location is not a humid location either.

Hello, when is the production date of your drone ?

I have one that was produced in May.  Put many miles on in all types of weather (even flew through clouds) and never had a problem with fogging yet.

on the box for the drone, there is a sticker and it has the month and year on it

Hello, it's not, Im just worried my coming mini 3 pro would have the issue

Ive had the fogging issue twice in the last 100 days and 2000km of flight,   I just land wipe the lens and carry on.   

I've not encountered the problem with mine, bought at the beginning of July. Flown in mist, and sunshine. No fogging.

Mine was May 2022 and no issues... yet touch wood. I live in a relatively dry climate.

Pretty sure when people say fogging they mean behind the lens, not on the front element.

Seems this drone has both issues depending on how its used.

The box went in the bin after I opened it. I never keep boxes.

Still have not had any issues with mine re fogging, although I've not been able to fly it properly for a few weeks now due to using the Kayak, we normally fly together but instead, we've been on the water together lol but the few urban range tests over the last few weeks has not produced any fogging.

I think it was June or July, i bought it later, i waited for bugs to be resolved etc. I have put the box away now so i cannot easily double check but it was certainly a later model with the v2 gimbal guard.
