Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. May we know what SD cards you have tried? Also, may we know if the drone was heating when you insert the SD card?

Sorry to hear about that. You may try to turn off the aircraft and wait for the device to cool off and try again. If the issue persists after trying different SD cards and formatting the SD cards, you are advised to send it back for further testing.
