Hi. I have to send in my drone for replacement and I believe i need to make sure it is not bound to the remote which i will not be sending. Could someone please tell me how i do this..   Thanks in advance

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry that you are having issues on your unit and you need to send it to us. You don't need to unbind your drone to your remote, you can simply pack your drone with a bubble wrap on it and send it to us and we will take care of it.
