I have bought a matrice 30, and now I just tried to use the Dji cloud api to conncet the drone controller with the server.

I have followed all the steps in the doc, but after I start the serivce, the main page loaded sucessfully, however, the system alarmed that "the network is abnormal, xxx" after I clicked the login button as the pic shows, so until now, I cannot login to the system.
What do I need to setup else? Thx.
