I am currently on an assignment with my Mavic 3 Cine in Northern Tanzania.  Until this morning it has worked flawlessly for several months .  Footage from yesterday was copied overnight.  This morning, after being taken out of its hard carry case and switched on I noticed there was no camera display at all, and camera settings were not there.  It I go into the “about” page on the RC pro it lists the camera serial number as N/A.

Has anyone else had such an issue before?  It has not had any crashes or hard landing landings and has not been dropped.   Thanks in advance.

I would plug it into a PC and open up DJI Assistant and see what it's saying. You may have to flash the firmware and see if the problem persists.

Assistant 2 does not detect the Mavic 3 and the computer doesn’t see the SSD any more..

Sounds like a serious hardware failure then. Nothing to do but raise a ticket with DJI. I hope you've got another drone to carry on your filming...
