Ironically it passed  by in the end,  that area really could use some water,  the marsh frogs dont have much left.

Things are greening up here but the ponds so far have been unaffected.  We do have rain forecast tomorrow which will probably be cancelled again.

Luckily it was only a few spots and it passed over,   forecast is for 2mm in the next 24 hours so we might get a little tomorrow.

I meant me,  but I suppose it would have got both of us.

Yep always looks like it's going to rain then passes over. Only way to ensure rain is plan an outdoor activity.
Not sure about the brolly Blériot but with DA's luck it'd probably act as a lightning rod

Well I had a plan today to visit an old Abbey and do one of my 100 year later shots but after driving 40 miles the heavens opened and the rain cancelled the droning.

Very nice capture!
