I've got the the similar issue (Error code: 30008) with the brand new DJI Mini 3 Pro, even more, all was ok  but then I had updated drone firmware to the version 01.00.0400 (RC version 04.14.0400, App version: 1.8.0) and lost GPS signal.

Mobile phone with RC have good GPS signal but not the drone itself, - 0 satellites.
