Hi.

I have Gimbal problem with dji mini 2 etc - already got all shipping info and UPS etc...

BUT

As It's going from UK to the Netherlands, what about this bit?

To a [size=16.6667px]Customs Invoice[size=16.6667px] [size=16.6667px]- 3 copies of a completed customs invoice are required for shipments with a commercial
[size=16.6667px]value being shipped to/from non-EU countries.[size=16.6667px]


[size=16.6667px]Please insure the customs invoice contains address
[size=16.6667px]information, product detail - including value, shipment date and your signature.

The label documentation you receive from Dji by email will have the 3 copies of invoice required. You just have to sign and date them. All pertinent information re cost, weight etc is already on them. I don' t know how long you will be without your drone but I posted mine to the Netherlands and had a brand spanking new one in my hnds 6 days later. I don't see why it should be any different for you. Dji even followed up with a personal phone call to ask if I was satisfied with the outcome.Just put the address label into a see-through plasic bag so the customs authorities can take a copy of the invoice if they wish to do so.

What is so difficult about printing off 5 pages of paper signing 3 of them and sticking them on a parcel as I've described. Don't forget to put your drone in the parcel!!!!

Hey, I'm very apologetic for my mental health problems and lack of tech-savy stuff, but please don't go too far with the pi** taking.

Everybody likes a bit of banter etc, but some things I struggle with.

Face-to-face banter I'm OK with, but people hiding behind keyboards scare me.

Please accept my thick, Welsh, tech-NOT savvy and Illiterate rubbish.

Matt, nobody was trying to p%&*take. In fact some were trying to protect you from making big mistakes by putting your private info up on the forum.
The big advantage of care refresh is that for an outlay of £45 you are able to crash and burn with your drone twice in the first 12 months. As long as you have the wreckage to send back then Dji will replace the drone. (£45 each time though). Many users will eventually crash their drones and I am willing to bet that most of the crashes are pilot error. I and many others I suspect think that it is well worth it.
