very good. how high up is your balcony/rooftop?
I'm not sure if you'd have got as far if you were flying from ground level however pretty epic flight over the city after dark. Bravo

Well that range seems acceptable.  

Height certainly plays a big part in it, the distance does surprise me for CE over urban, i am thinking FCC mode is used but i so wish DJI would sort out this issue with the RC indicator, they have know about it for a long time now...

I'm on the roof of my apartment building!  i fly with ce!  The roof is 15 meters high and there is no obstacle ahead!

I was close, i was thinking you was about 60ft up, it does make the world of difference because your LOS is not hindered being up there

With this distance he was obviously pointing at the drone, the compass was off on the device he is using and needs calibrating

Not disabled, it needs calibrating (the RC compass not AC compass)

Did you really get HCAA to sign off on this flight?

• You need VLOS. How did you maintain VLOS on this flight?
• To get VLOS, especially at night, you need to add lights to the drone which immediately puts it above 250 grams and you surely are not allowed to fly over uninvolved people either or crowds of people, and you are flying over central Athens.. where you surely did both in this range.
• You also fly way above 120 meters from the surface of the earth. Remember that you also need to add the height of your building, as your drone thinks that you are at 0 meters when you start, when you are not.
• You also need special permissions for flying at night, and also for flying above archeological sites

Looks like the standard battery when looking at the % and time left, also, it tracks with my 5.5 run, started the return journey at 64% and arrived at the HP with 29% left, I think I had must have had more cycles on my battery than, George had or less wind hence my battery stats being a little better even with more distances.
