Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm if you are flying in an area wherein it is DJI NO-Fly Zone? You may check the location using this link https://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-map . In addition, could you please try to fly the unit to a different location to see if the issue persists? You may also connect all the components (Avata, RC, and Goggles) to the DJI Assistant 2, and please update/refresh the firmware and then see if there are some changes. Please keep us posted.
