I purchased an Osmo Pocket 2 charging case off of Amazon and received the item yesterday.  I went to charge it and observed the red charging light flashing.  This stayed that way into the evening without changing.  I tried it again this morning in the event the cable was not seated properly with the same result.  Placed Pocket 2 into the case and noted that it did not give me a charging indication.  Is this item faulty?  WHat remedies would i have for exchange or repair?

Is it a 3rd party charger or the original Pocket 2 charging case? In addition, could you please try to leave the said battery on the charger for approximately 2-3 hours and check if the issue still persists? Please keep us posted. Thank you.
