Hey Guys,

Has anyone sourced screen protectors for the Osmo Action 3 yet?  I know that the original has a different size lens.

Trying to find a place I can grab some.

Does the application of any of these screen protectors alter the wet performance of the touch screens?  Do they alter/remove any of the lens protector coatings when removed?

My suspicion is that a screen protector would alter the wet characteristics a bit.  Since the OA3 apparently has a new special coating for use in water environments.  We had a 3 piece set installed on the Action 2 - since the lens cover on that device was not replaceable.  Worked fine even when wet.  The only concern was potentially a bit more lens flare when shooting in certain angles to the sun.  Otherwise having another element in front was not noticeable and did not seem to affect IQ much at all.

Would think that your original coating would be fine if you took it off.  We never tried though.
