2 motor on my dji mini 2 will not turn right out of the box.Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi, there. Could you please check the following details and keep us updated? Thank you in advance.
1. May we know whether the aircraft is a new drone?
If yes,  please send your product back for testing.
If not, please check whether the propellers have been replaced and ensure that the screws have been tightened.
2. Check whether the aircraft hovers normally or not.
3. Check whether there is an error in the app or not.
4. Shoot a video showing the motor being rotated manually.
If there is an error, the hovering is unstable, or the motor is obstructed when rotated manually, please send the product back for testing.

If the drone is brand new and recently purchased best to return it ASAP as that is definitely not normal.  

Yes the drone is brand new out of the box. Someone tole me  to just  to just spin the motor for a few minutes by hand and I did and it’s seem to be good now I will try a small flight later today to see how it’s works .
