Anybody out there using a MacBook to
download the Assist?  I am having problems?
What version of Mac operating system are
You using? I can not get it to work.

Called DJI 2 times with NO HELP at all. They

Office! The help desk told me th purchase

Off the top of my head, the Assistant Software requires OSX 10.9 or above.  That's likely your issue, because I've had no problems running the Assistant.

Also, in case you didn't know, there is a safety step involved in first-time launch of software from an uncertified source (such as DJI).  Double clicking won't work - brings up a deadend warning dialog.  Right-click Open, or Open from the File Menu also brings up a dialog box, but includes a way to proceed.

could not run it on my old imac which is 10.7 (lion), but was able to run it on my new imac that arrved yesterday (OSX 10.10)
