Hey

The Z axis button on my right hand grip is stuck in. I manually pulled it back out but seems the button has failed.

I have applied some electronic grease to loosen but it hasn't helped.

Any fix here? or needs to be sent in?

Please use a 2 mm internal hexagonal wrench. Loosen the axis lock lever screws (as shown in the figure below). Adjust the axis lock to ensure that it can be unlocked/locked and then tighten the screw.
