When I stripped my main bathroom out I had more missing bricks than that.  But it did have a roof.

I bought a house once with a roof leak.  The people selling it put polyester tiles on the walls and shed roof felt under the carpet.  Upsetting my the survey didn’t find it or the damp issues.
