I got my Action 3 today and installed DJI MIMO on my phone.  I was quickly presented with an option to update the firmware.  The Action 3 was connected to MIMO on the phone so I chose to install the update.  It has failed numerous times,  MIMO says it has failed and, each time,  the action 3 continues to show 'wait 2 minutes' then says Update failed Restart camera and try again. I have now tried at least 10 times.  I then installed MIMO on my ipad mini and got exactly the same thing.  I have deleted the app from the iphone and the ipad and then installed on the iphone again, but still the firmware update fails.

Any advice, or anyone else having the same problem?

Kindly please try to once again install the DJI Mimo application from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/osmo-action-3/downloads ) for us to be able to isolate the said issue and kindly please save all of your important information before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose your files. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

We would like to confirm whether your mobile phone is an iOS 16.1 device.
If yes, may we know if the v1.8.3 Mimo can be upgraded normally?
