Finally a break in the weather here, so whilst i was in town, I threw the drone up for a few minutes. A couple of pigeons thought they would have a look at my drone, but all good.
Edit: Just of note, all filmed in auto settings, no ND filter and 4k/30fps. Love this drone.
The curved crescent behind the town hall has been used as a filming location loads recently, for National UK productions and quite a few Netflix shows too. Peaky blinders is one of them i believe (never seen it).
Excellent video and a nice looking building. I've always wanted to take photos inside, but never got around to asking permission.
Constructive criticism: at 13 seconds, for me, flying towards the Sun doesn't look good. The Mini 3 doesn't have enough dynamic range to pull the shot off.
I've done that myself and regretted it later and wished I'd kept the Sun behind the camera.
Views that previously only the likes a of Fred Dibnah would have seen, brilliant, thanks.
That got me to thinking, if you are local it might be interesting to fly and record any structures that he worked that haven't been demolished. Though I doubt they'd have been brought down with a pit prop fire, a honking horn and a "Did ya like that?" lol. It might be a nice you tube tribute to him.
