The DJI Osmo Mobile 2 works with the DJI GO app and since this is a previous version of the Osmo mobile series, it also uses a low version of mobile devices. We cannot guarantee that the app will work on the said mobile device (Samsung S20) and we strongly recommend using a compatible device to avoid issues.
