I assume WiFi is always on with the Action 3 as it is always there when I open the MIMO app. If that's the case then surely that is a waste of battery and it would be better to make it switchable so that you could extend the battery life?

action3 wifi will be off in 30secs if no one connects to it.
The blue tooth will be always on so that mimo will always find action3 and wake wifi up via bluetooth.
