Hi all,
I will be travelling to Prague, Salzburg, Vienna and Budapest and would like to ask any restriction bringing a drone?
Will the airport in Prague blocked me?

The only thing I can see on their website is a restriction on the battery capacity and that they can't be in your checked baggage.

The capacity limit is 100 Wh. The capacity of each of the Air 2 batteries is 40-41 Wh.

Thanks for all the reply, I have read through the drone law in Prague and seems like recreational drone > 250g also required permit, any members can confirm this?

I am assuming they have the same EU rules as other countries

Have you done your A1/A3 course? Have you done your A2 course? You can do the courses here for free: https://trainingzone.eurocontrol.int/

If you have a drone over 250g and you haven't done the A1/A3 and A2 course you probably can't fly in the city. This is why I got a mini 3 pro

You will also need to register yourself as a pilot and register the drone. This should be in the first European country you visit.

This is a quite hassle process as I will be going to Prague in Dec, seems like not enough time for me to take the test
