Just got a repair cost on a my

Ronin Tethered Control Handle which I only used 2 times and on my third shoot filming a TV show the joystick didn't work.   never dropped, hardly used and sat in the case for months and now the repair cost is basically a replace of the entire unit.    DJI needs to address these Joystick issues!!!

We managed to find out your case number and we saw that the GCU Main Controller Board and DJI Ronin Tethered Control Handle are deformed according to the damage assessment result. And your RS 2 is out of warranty, therefore, it's needed to pay for the repair. Thanks for your understanding.
