Hi, has anyone managed to get this combo working with a Sony a7Riii? The transmitter doesn’t display the camera view when filming in 4K, only when filming 1080. The screen transmits to my phone until I hit the shutter button then it goes to the camera digital viewfinder. When I press the record button on the RS3 it just films in 1080 and doesn’t record to the camera SD card. I’ve tried so many troubleshooting techniques online including sequencing the operations of all devices from RS3 then Raveneye and then camera.
