When I plug my Zenmuse Z30 into my Matrice 300, I get an "Avionics" notice with error 0x1B010405. I use DJI Pilot 2.

I also noticed that the photos and videos were not saving to the microSD

UPDATE : the no-save of the files is due to sdCard (old was a 64 Gb with exFat formatted ) on a old one 4Gb with  fat formatted is ok.

So the avionics notice stil...

Maybe you should start by downloading the latest firmware:

I tried to connect to payload 2 and it worked! payload 1 seems clean but I wonder how to check it, if I need to send it to support

Sometimes its not visible. I clean it with dry compressed air. I recommand to not put oil on the metal part as it is recommanded by DJI in the maintenance part. If you do so, it become a real trap for all dust coming there. Better use dry air !

For the moment I don't see the notification error on payload 2. Can you check with your engineers if the connection of the Zenmuse Z30 is possible on payload 1? At the same time I will follow the advice of LV-Forestry to clean and test the payload1

I've cleaned the payload 1 port and mount the Zenmouse z30 on it. The notice error still.

Good News, no such Avionic alert message, since last firmware upgrade.
