I've tried a few, but I could never charge and use the external mic together.

Only this worked so far:
- Connect mic only > Mic works
- Connect charger only > charging works
- Connect mic + charger > Only charging works, no mic


Did anyone find one where you can connect mic + charger to then use the mic and charge it?
Sadly will have to send the Action 3 back if that doesn't work as this is a dealbreaker for me

To further isolate the issue,  can you please confirm the connection method of connecting the external microphone and the charger at the same time? Please note that the Osmo Action 3 has only one type-C port for charging so it is not suggested to connect an external microphone and charge it simultaneously. Your kind understanding is appreciated and thank you for your continued support.

gonna  tear down a cable and  like I did with the Yi make one if works.   DJI won't offer the  wire diagram if asked they just say Rest assure t hank you will pass
