hey everyone
i just buyed the dji rs3 and my concern is if it is used before or not or if it is fake or not
i couldnt find any page on DJI website to check the serial number of the product BUT..
the serial number of gimbal is different from the serial number on the battery grip (both have QR codes)
is it OK?

Hi there, it is normal that the serial number in the gimbal differs from the one in the battery grip, you can refer to the one on the gimbal as the serial number for the whole unit.
To check the serial number, you can use this site: https://service.dji.com/active/search
