Why is there no traffic on the bridge? Is it still under construction?

Yep I noticed them which is why I added the construction question. Originally I had just asked 'why no traffic'.

Absolutely splendid footage Balaes.    The bridge shrouded in fog like that makes for a majestic photo op.

the bridge is under construction, is not finish yet
