The smallest castle in Europe

In the 1950's the architect David Scott from Norwich had the idea to build his own castle
By boat he hauled all the material by himself during a six month period and had  build his own castle.

As I found out that Hermit's Castle was right next to our camp site  I had to make a short film, shot on my mini and smartphone only (and edited on smartphone the same evening)

I have to say I like the footage and area better than the castle.
But you can't help that

Wow, I loved the scaling shot, lol.
If you ever get to Northern Ireland look up the weird house at Ballintoy but it is lived in.

Yeah thats right you dont have a clue about the scale as long as you've got no reference

What an extraordinary find. Nicely documented. I found a similar miniature folly on Holy Island (Anglesey) a few weeks ago.
