Using the motion controller and the DJI Avata in Normal mode i was able to do this for a school proyect, coming from a MINI 2 and the difference between motion and standard remote was pretty easy, i really like the motion controller but losing the ability to orbit between a subject and the interior its not my thing.

You can actually do orbit with the motion controller - you need to turn head tracking on.
It opens a lot of possibilities, but need to learn to keep the head steady.
