When you try to connect the DJI VISION app, even though you are on the proper WIFI SSID, the DJI VISION app shows WWAN.
I can confirm this happens in iOS 9 Beta 4 and Beta 5.
This does not occur in iOS 8.4.

I guess the app has not been updated to work with iOS 9. After all it's not released officially.

I agree.  Not an official release and we are currently not supporting it.
