Should the right wheel on rc controller operate zoom on air 2s, does not seem to, also if I connect USB to a USB port, my PC does not see it as a drive to download from sd card

Hi, TVDiscos. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please set first the Right Dial for Zoom IN/OUT under  Control Settings  > Button Customization page. You may also customize other buttons on that page, like this one:

Regarding on your second inquiry, if the files are saved on the microSD card we recommend exporting the photos/videos using a card reader. Thank you for your understanding and valued support.

Please remind that on the Air 2s you cannot zoom when in photo mode and in video mode you can zoom only if the video quality is set to Normal. Concerning the USB issue, I'm always exporting the contents to my MacBook using a cable. I can see both the MicroSD and the internal storage as a disk.
