Motor Stalled (motor 1 CCW)

No crash No Issues; M300 cant take off.

Please help
In the middle of a terrain following mission, the drone flawlessly  landed and it did not rise any more. I have the motor stalled message, I changed the motor for a new one and the problem continues.

The motor spins freely but stalls when I try to take off.
