The gimbal is moving when I press the left stick all the way up or all the way down. This is happening on my Air 2s and my Mini 3 Pro. I've calibrated the DJI RC about 20 times now and I'm still having the issue. This happens when ascending or descending. This issue also occurs when the drones on are the ground.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Does anyone have a fix for this?

I have a YouTube link to a video showing the issue. I included a clip of the calibration screen. Around the 40 second mark of the video, it looks like the gimbal wheel is getting "moved" but I wasn't actually touching the wheel. It is very odd behavior.

It was very very painless. I chatted with support and after trying everything they had me send it in. So back to the RC-N1 until I hear back. Always glad I have one as a back up.
